GENERAL TERMS OF PARTICIPATION

These general terms and conditions govern the methods and conditions of participation in the camps named “Vero Volley,” organized by AL2 Sport, located at Via Marradi 1, Milan. These general terms and conditions form an integral and essential part of every registration.

1.0 Definition of Vero Volley Camp
The Vero Volley Camp is a volleyball camp aimed at boys and girls aged between 8 and 17. The camp is offered as a Day Camp without overnight stay.
Participant: the boy or girl aged between 8 and 17 who takes part in the Vero Volley Camps. Authorization and express signature of the person exercising parental authority over the participant (parents, guardians, or legal representatives) is required, as specified in the registration form.

2.0 Services Included for the Participant
The fee includes: sports and recreational activities, technical T-shirt, lunches, snacks, and insurance.

3.0 Dates and Possible Changes
The organizer reserves the right to modify or cancel the camp in case of force majeure, or if the minimum number of participants is not reached, with the sole obligation to refund the amounts paid and expressly excluding any other compensation. Requested attendance dates will be respected as far as possible, and the organizer will confirm the exact dates at the time of registration confirmation. Any request for changes to the weekly sessions will be accommodated depending on availability but must be submitted in writing at least 30 days before the start date and does not guarantee automatic approval.

4.0 Health Certifications
To participate in the Vero Volley Camp, the digital registration form must be completed in full, confirming the participant’s good health and fitness to practice sports throughout the duration of the camp.

4.A Submission of Medical Certificate
A copy of a valid sports medical certificate, valid until the last day of the Vero Volley Camp, must be submitted.

5.0 Liability Disclaimer
The organizer is expressly exempt from liability for any damage caused exclusively by the participant (including, but not limited to, unauthorized and independent actions taken by the participant during the camp), or due to circumstances unrelated to the services provided (such as transportation to and from the chosen location), acts of God, force majeure, or circumstances that the organizer could not reasonably foresee or resolve according to professional diligence. Compensation for damage to property is expressly excluded. In any case, any compensation payable by the organizer for personal injury shall not exceed the indemnity amount provided by the insurance policy mentioned above.

6.0 Withdrawal
The participant has the right to withdraw from the contract before the start of the camp by sending a written communication (registered letter). Withdrawal takes effect when the communication is received by AL2 Sport, Via Marradi 1, 20123 Milan. If the withdrawal notice is received at least 30 days before the chosen session, the participant is entitled to a refund of the fee paid, excluding the processing fee (€50) and any insurance cancellation fees. After this deadline, the organizer reserves the right to apply a 50% deduction to partially cover the costs incurred. Once the camp has started, the fee already paid will not be refunded.

7.0 Jurisdiction
Any dispute between the organizer and the participant regarding the interpretation, execution, and/or termination of this agreement shall be subject exclusively to the jurisdiction of the courts of Milan. For all matters not expressly covered by these terms and conditions, reference is made to the Italian Civil Code.

PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA FOR ORGANIZATIONAL PURPOSES

I acknowledge that my/my child’s personal data will be processed, manually and/or electronically, by the operator of the Vero Volley Camp, as indicated above. The essential and necessary data for this purpose include my child’s first name, last name, date of birth, and full address, as well as my own first name, last name, and phone number. Failure to provide the remaining data on the form will not affect the registration process.
The data controller is Mr. Alberto Cecchin, domiciled at the operator’s address. I understand that by contacting the aforementioned companies, I can learn the names of other data controllers.
I also acknowledge that the rights of data access provided under Article 7 of Legislative Decree 196/2003, including the right to obtain updates, corrections, and deletion of my data and that of my child, or the right to object to their processing, can be exercised with the data controllers.
My identifying data and those of my child will be communicated by the data controllers and/or processors to third parties delegated by the controllers to perform services related to the contract (such as couriers, companies providing accounting and billing services, auditing, financial statement certification, etc.) who have signed a confidentiality agreement.
I also consent that my/my child’s data may be communicated by the data controllers and/or processors to personnel responsible for processing operations aimed at collecting, recording, organizing, storing, consulting, and processing the data.

USE OF IMAGES

I hereby grant and transfer, free of charge, to the operator AL2 Sport and their successors the right to use filmed or photographic images of me/my child within videos or printed materials for informational or promotional purposes related to the Vero Volley Camp.
I also authorize that the recordings of my child mentioned above may be used or broadcast without any time limits or restrictions worldwide, via television, terrestrial, cable, satellite, in any context, and by all means currently known or to be invented in the future (including the internet and/or other telematic networks and/or any type of audiovisual media), provided that the rights related to my child’s honor and reputation are respected.
The above clearly constitutes a permission and not an obligation on your part.
Furthermore, I declare that neither I nor my child will have any claims against you and/or your successors, under any title or for any reason, in connection with your and/or your successors’ use of the aforementioned recordings and photographs, and therefore regarding the use of my child’s image, name, and voice.
